PT in Your Pocket ("we", "us") provides an AI-generated fitness coaching service: workout programs, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and periodic plan adjustments based on the information you provide. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Not medical advice
The service offers general wellness and fitness guidance, not medical, dietary, or healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for consulting a doctor, physical therapist, or registered dietitian. If you have an injury, medical condition, or are pregnant, talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or shortness of breath during activity.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information (including health/fitness details used to build your plan) and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid access is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. Pricing is shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
4. Human oversight
An AI system generates and adjusts your plan. A human coach reviews certain changes and is reachable at any time from the "Talk to a human" page in the app. We may route, delay, or decline AI-driven suggestions at our discretion, including for safety reasons.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell the underlying coaching content or AI system, no abusive or fraudulent use, and no sharing your account with others.
6. Your data
See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and let you export or delete your data. You can download or permanently delete your account and data at any time from your Profile page.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is". Exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risk; you assume that risk by using this service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated guidance.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
